Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship within Australia. Shipping is a flat A$12.95, and free when your order is A$150 or more. Both amounts can change, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Every item is made to order. Production takes about 3 to 7 business days at our Australian print partner, then delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add a tracking number to your order. If you need it, send us your order number through the contact page.

Returns and faulty items

Because each piece is made just for you, we cannot accept change of mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint or refund it.

Personalised items, such as pet memorial prints, cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check spelling carefully before you order.

Prices and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10 percent GST.
